Details:We were tasked with converting this former office block into 40 residential flats and studio apartments. Situated on the corner of Hull's historic George Street and Sylvester Street and within a mixed use area, the proposal aims to bring some life and activity to a once bustling area of Hull City Centre. The surrounding mix of residential accommodation, shops and offices all co-exist within this area and will provide enhancement to the local amenities.
